Working at DoScouting is fun and rewarding, but also requires a lot of responsibility and William Turkington knows it well. The American sports data journalist has been through the training process to be able to cover American football, basketball, and volleyball, and he has also planned on adding ice hockey, baseball, and football to his skills soon.
Besides being part of the DoScouting team, William has another part-time job. “I usually work a little in the morning so it does not conflict with my schedule of covering games, which are usually in the evening.” Even the schedule is pretty tight William is very happy having sports journalism job.
Basketball is William’s favorite sport, he grew up playing it from a very young age. And today you can follow the sports data journalist in one of his basketball coverages! William covered the match between UCLA and Washington State last February 1st.
